What we need to price the job
A cleaning quote depends mostly on the size of the place and how long it has been since a real clean. Tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms there are, whether there is carpet, and whether pets live there. For a move out, tell us the date you hand back the keys.

Carpet cleaning is its own service, but it can go on the same job as a house clean. Tell us which rooms have carpet and what is on it, and we will price the whole visit together.
Pet urine removal and odor control are both services we offer. Urine soaks through the carpet into the pad underneath, so cleaning the top alone leaves the smell behind. Tell us where the spots are and how old they are, and we will tell you what we can do about them.
A standard clean keeps a house in shape, with the kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and floors done. A deep clean goes after the buildup a standard clean skips, like baseboards, cabinet fronts, the inside of the oven and the grime around faucets. If your house has not had a professional clean in a while, start with a deep clean.
